
Dr. Coryn Vickrey
Dr. Vickrey is new to Westford Animal Hospital since Spring 2011. A native of northern California, she graduated from University of California, Davis in 2003. After practicing for 3 years outside Dayton, OH, she moved to Massachusetts. She worked as an associate at a small animal practice in Belmont, MA for 5 years before taking over ownership of Westford Animal Hospital. She is known by some as a "crazy cat lady" but has had many different species of pets in her life including dogs, fish, hamsters, mice and chickens. Dr. Vickrey, her husband and their 4 cats have lived in Acton since 2010. In their spare time they enjoy working outside in the garden, cooking, and spending time with family.

Dr. Janyce Vicik
Dr. Vicik graduated from Tufts University School of Veterinary Medicine where she received the A.A.H.A. senior student award for outstanding proficiency in small animal medicine and surgery. She has been practicing in the Boston area since that time and joined the staff at Westford Animal Hospital in June 2007. She values the importance of preventative medicine and has a number of geriatric patients that have been in her care since the time they were puppies and kittens. Dr. Vicik lives in Boxborough with her husband, 2 children, and a variety of household pets. Currently they have a lab-pointer mix that came from Louisiana following Hurricane Katrina and 2 hamsters. In her spare time she enjoys reading, cooking, travelling and any activity that takes her outdoors.

Kristin Boucher, Veterinary Assistant
Kristin has been at Westford Animal Hospital since 2007. She is a member of the American Society of Veterinary Dental Technicians and has additional interests in surgery and overall wellness care of patients. She lives with her 4 cats Vinnie, Arnold, Cheeno, and KC, her dog Chewie, 2 geckos and a veiled chameleon named Chamelio. In addition to spending time with her son, family and friends, Kristin likes to be outdoors, especially going camping.

Janet Ganley, Receptionist
Janet joined our team in November 2007. She oversees front desk operations and her organizational skills, compassion for animals, and friendly personality have made her a valued member of our staff. Janet has been a resident of Westford since 1993 where she lives with her husband, 4 children, and mother. She shares her home with 3 wonderful Cavalier King Charles Spaniels - Erin, Kellie and Josie. In her spare time she enjoys running, yoga, pilates, spending time with her family and taking long walks with her dogs. Janet has a background in Finance, having graduated from Rutgers University, New Brunswick, NJ with a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Finance.

Susan Haug, Receptionist
Susan has been a receptionist at Westford Animal Hospital since 2009. She has 2 cats, Annie and Ollie. In her spare time she likes to visit the grandchildren, read and crochet for charity.

Ashley Kobbs, Veterinary Technician
Ashley has been at Westford Animal Hospital since 2009. She attended Mount Ida College and passed her Veterinary Technician exam in 2008. She is a member of the American Society of Veterinary Dental Technicians and has special interests in emergency and critical care, surgery and radiology. Ashley shares her life with 2 domestic short haired cats who are known as Laptop and Kitty, among other names, and Hercules the Pug. When not working with the animals, she enjoys ice skating, synchronized ice skating, snowboarding and rollerblading.

Kasey Murphy, Veterinary Assistant
Kasey has been a Veterinary Assistant at Westford Animal Hospital since July 2010. She graduated from North Middlesex Regional High School in Townsend in June 2010 and is currently working towards her veterinary technician degree. She particularly enjoys the success stories in vet medicine and assisting with surgery. In her spare time Kasey rides horses and takes walks and runs with her dog in the apple orchard. In addition to her dog, she has 4 ducks, 2 cats and 1 rabbit.
